• ACCO Brands releases final Rexel Auto Feed white paper

        • Rexel has released its latest and final white paper, focusing on the important and current issue of paper security. Titled ‘Paper security in the digital age: Why it still pays to shred’ the document is aimed at office product resellers who require the latest information on why shredders still matter in a digital driven world.

          The paper is available exclusively to download from the ACCO Brands Partner portal and will detail all the information dealers need to educate their customers on why shredding is essential, given a number of high profile data security incidents in 2016.

          Across Europe, businesses are discovering the potential threats posed by data breaches, and although there has been a drive towards the ‘paperless office’, 83 per cent of European businesses claim that it’s an unrealistic goal given the large amount of essential documents printed in a number of professions.

          The latest white paper will demonstrate to office products resellers how to persuade organisations of the importance of paper security, revealing a number of key strategies that can be used with customers. These include what the new data protection rules are and how they might affect businesses, how the EU’s new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) - set to come into effect in all EU member states in 2018 - are still relevant to paper security, how to directly engage with compliance officers at larger organisations and how to urge smaller organisations to take responsibility for their paper security.
